A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON CONFIRMING
MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION, DESIGN REVIEW
BOARD, CIVIL SERVICE, BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS, AND THE ANIMAL CONTROL
APPEAL BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Mayor is authorized to appoint volunteers to fill vacant terms on the
various boards and commissions, upon confirmation of the City Council; and
WHERAS, the following boards and commissions have expiring terms or vacant
positions; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the re-
appointment of Tim Drury for a four-year term expiring December 31, 2019;
appointment of Kathleen Wilson for a four-year term expiring December 31,
2019, to the Planning Commission.
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
appointment of Ken Kambich to an unexpired term expiring December 31,
2016, to the Civil Service Commission.
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
appointment of Noel Larsen and Diane Buchanan for a three-year term
expiring December 31, 2018, to the Design Review Board.
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
appointment of Bjorn Bjorke for a three-year term expiring December 31,
2018, to the Animal Control Appeal Board.
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
appointment of Robert McGee to an unexpired term expiring December 31,
2020; Scott Kiele for an unexpired term expiring December 31, 2019; and
Wayne Senter for term expiring December 31, 2020, to the Building Boards of
Appeal.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 12th day of January 2016.
