WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard is required by RCW 35.77.010 to adopt a comprehensive transportation program for the ensuing six calendar year (the six -year TIP); and WHEREAS, the City is required to hold a public hearing on the six -year TIP, which the Port Orchard City Council held on June 9, 2015; now, Therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: THAT: The Six -Year Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2016-2021, a copy of which is attached hereto and which is an integral portion of the Six -Year Comprehensive Street Program for the City of Port Orchard, is hereby adopted.
