RESOLUTION NO.005-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINTMENT TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Planning Commission occurred in late December
of 2oi4; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor is authorized to appoint volunteers to fill vacant terms
on the various boards, committees, and commissions, upon confirmation of the city
council; and
WHEREAS, the following vacant Planning Commission position has an expired
term of December 31, 2018; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the appointment of Marcus Lane to the Planning Commission to
fill an unexpired term ending December 31, 2018; and
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this loth day of
March 2015.
