A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE PORT
ORCHARD POLICE DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 1285
WHEREAS1 pursuant to Resolution No. 1281 adopted by the Port Orchard City
Council on October 25, 1982, the Port Orchard Police Department charges a fee for certain
services, including fingerprinting, records checks, and copies of certain official reports; and
WHEREAS 1 due to the increase cost relating to the services performed by the
Port Orchard Police Department, it is necessary to establish a revised schedule of fees; now,
therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD 1 WASHINGTON1
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The following schedule of fees for services performed by
the Port Orchard Police Department is hereby established effective
December 1, 2005:
Fingerprinting
Collision Reports
First Card
Additional Cards
Police Reports to Insurance Companies
Records Checks
$7.00
$3.00 each
$5.00
$5.00
$8.00
THAT: All such fees shall be paid to: City Treasurer, Port Orchard
City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
THAT: Resolution No. 1281 enacted October 25, 1982 is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of November 2005.
