A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING
MEMBER TO THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.30 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a Civil
Service Commission and provides that its members shall be appointed by the mayor; and
WHEREAS, the mayor has reappointed David Southard to the Civil Service
Commission effective January 1, 2006 for the term ending December 31, 2011; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The Port Orchard City Council confirms the Mayor's
reappointment of David Southard, P.O. Box 706, Port Orchard,
WA to the Civil Service Commission for the term commencing
January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2011.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 2ih day of December 2005.
