042-05 - Resolution - Approving the Final Plat of Port Orchard Industrial Park Divisison 2City of Port Orchard 216 Prospect Street Port Orchard, WA 98366 RESOLUTION NO. 042-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF PORT ORCHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK DIVISION 2. WHEREAS, on November 14, 2005 the City Council gave conditional approval to the preliminary plat for Port Orchard Industrial Park Division 2 (SUBDIV 05-04); and WHEREAS, Port Orchard Industrial Park Division 2 consists of 8 lots to be developed for industrial/manufacturing use; and WHEREAS, South Kitsap Fire & Rescue has determined that fire department access is adequate for Division 2; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the proposed means of sewage disposal and water supply are adequate, that the terms and conditions of preliminary plat have been met for Division 2 and recommends final approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Division 2 conforms with all of the terms of the preliminary plat approval and that said subdivision also meets the requirements of chapter 58.17 RCW, the City's Zoning Ordinance, and other land use controls; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: THAT: The Port Orchard City Council approves the final plat of Port Orchard Industrial Park Division 2, as legally described in Exhibit A; and THAT: The Port Orchard Industrial Park Division 2 subdivision shall be governed by the terms of approval of the final plat, and the statutes, ordinances, and regulations in effect at the time of approval for a period of five years after final plat approval unless the City Council finds that a change in conditions has created a serious threat to public health or safety in the subdivision. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 27th day of December, 2005.
