A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE
TREMONT STREET AND SIDNEY AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City awarded said construction contract to Signal Electric,
Inc. by motion on September 13, 2004; and
WHEREAS, all work has now been completed; and
WHEREAS, City staff has inspected and approved all work; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: the construction of the Tremont Street and Sidney Avenue
Traffic Signal Improvement project is accepted and directs staff to
proceed with obtaining releases from Labor & Industries and the
Washington State Department of Revenue for the release of any
retainage due the contractor.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of
February 2005.
