A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
DESIGNATING A SHORELINE ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has adopted a Shoreline Master Program
pursuant to the requirements of the Shoreline Management Act, Chapter 90.58 RCW; and
WHEREAS, Part XI of the Shoreline Master Program requires the City Council to
designate a Shoreline Administrator; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: Joanne Long-Woods, Planning Director is hereby
designated the Shoreline Administrator for the City of Port
Orchard and is vested with the authority set forth in section 11.1
of the Shoreline Master Program.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 25th day of April 2005.
