A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON ACEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY, PHASE II UPGRADE
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City awarded said construction contract to Pease and
Sons, Inc. by motion on August 23, 2004; and
WHEREAS, all work has now been completed; and
WHEREAS, City staff has inspected and approved all work; now,
therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: the construction of the Wastewater Treatment
Facility, Phase II Project is accepted and directs staff to
proceed with obtaining releases from labor & Industries and
the Washington State Department of Revenue for the release
of any retainage due the contractor.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Prot Orchard, APPROVED by the
mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 10th day of July,
2006.
