A RESOLUTION OF THE CllY OF PORT ORCHARD,
AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO REPAIR CANYON
COURT SEWER LIFT STATION
WHEREAS, the City called for proposals under the small works roster to
repair Canyon Court Lift Station; and
WHEREAS, only one proposal was received; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has determined that the proposal was responsive;
now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The proposal for repairing the Canyon Court Lift Station is
accepted and repair work is authorized for payment to the
lowest responsive bidder, Pump Tech, Inc., for the amount of
$80,000 and necessary sales taxes.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day of
December 2006.
