A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL TO REPAIR SIDEWALKS
CITYWIDE
WHEREAS, the City called for proposals from the small works roster to
repair sidewalks Citywide; and
WHEREAS, only one proposal was received; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has determined that the proposal was responsive;
now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOllOWS:
The proposal for repairing sidewalks Citywide is accepted and
repair work authorized for payment to Caseco, Inc., for the
amount of $37,000.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day of
December 2006.
