A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AWARDING A BID FOR HVAC
MAINTENANCE TO PACIFIC AIR CONTROL, INC.
WHEREAS, on October 21, 2008 the City of Port Orchard issued a request for proposals
for maintenance of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment located in
both the Library and City Hall; and
WHEREAS, Pacific Air Control, Inc., which is located in Bothell, Washington submitted a
bid of $7,600.00; and
WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council deems Pacific Air Control, Inc. to
be the lowest responsible bidder; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: For the reasons set forth above, the contract for HVAC
maintenance is awarded to Pacific Air Control, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 30th day of December 2008.
