A RESOLUTION OF THE CTIY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
INTO AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH KITSAP
COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT, WASHINGTON FOR ILLICIT
DISCHARGE DETECTION AND ELIMINATION COMPLIANCE
OF THE NATIONAL POLLUTION DISCHARGE ELIMINATION
SYSTEM PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into the Interlocal Agreement with the Kitsap
County Health District to aid in the compliance with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) Permit; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council agrees to enter into an Interlocal
Agreement between the City of Port Orchard and Kitsap County
Health District for the Kitsap Regional Illicit Discharge Detection
and Elimination Clean Runoff Project to terminate on June 30,
2011.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 30th day of December 2008.
