A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
CONTRACT WITH CASECO & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE
CLINE STREET PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a contract with Caseco & Associates, Inc. for
the paving, grading, curb/gutter and sidewalk improvements located along the east side of Cline
Street between Dwight Street and Kitsap Street; and
WHEREAS, the total bid for the project is $75,214, including sales tax on materials only
under Rule 171; and
WHEREAS, the Public Property Committee reviewed this project and recommends the
Council move forward with the repairs; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council authorizes the Mayor to sign a contract
with Caseco & Associates, Inc. for the Cline Street Improvement
Project in an amount not to exceed $75,214, which includes sales
tax on materials only.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 30th day of December 2008.
