A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO
THE BHC CONSULTANTS CONTRACT FOR THE ADDITION OF THE
SOUTH KITSAP INDUSTRIAL AREA (SKIA) INFRASTRUCTURE
ASSESSMENT & TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard approved authorized the Mayor to sign a
contract with BHC Consultants on November 13, 2007 in the amount not to exceed $40,000.00
for the preparation of a Technical Memorandum; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard issued a second contract to BHC
Consultants on February 12, 2008 in the amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for the preparation
of a Sanitary Sewer Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard directed Staff to prepare the South Kitsap
Industrial Area (SKIA) Infrastructure Assessment & Technical Memorandum (dated July 28,
2008) with this work added to the second contract with BHC Consultants; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute a Change Order No. 1
(Exhibit A) for the preparation of the South Kitsap Industrial Area (SKIA)
Infrastructure Assessment & Technical Memorandum (dated July 28, 2008) with
this work added to the second contract with BHC Consultants.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 30th day of December 2008.
