A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING MEMBER
TO THE PORT ORCHARD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS1 Chapter 2.20 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS1 pursuant to POMC 2.20.010 the members of the Planning
Commission are to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS1 Tadina Crouch resigned from her position on the Planning
Commission leaving the remainder of her term vacant; and
WHEREAS1 applications were received and reviewed by the Mayor; now
therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD1 WASHINGTON1
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
appointment of Tim Matthes to the Port Orchard Planning Commission, effective
March 1, 2008, with his term ending December 31, 2011.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage on the 26'h. da·y· ,?f February 20~~'/
