A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS
TO THE PORT ORCHARD DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.76 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a
Design Review Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to POMC 2.76.030 the members of the Design Review
Board are to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, applications were received, and the Mayor has interviewed each of
the applicants; now therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the appointments of the following members to the Port
Orchard Design Review Board, effective March 1, 2008:
