A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SPEND UP
TO $200 FOR CAD DRAWINGS TO SUPPORT A PARKS
GRANT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has submitted a parks grant application for
improvements to Paul Powers Park; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it requires CAD drawings to support the grant
application; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The Mayor is authorized to spend up to $200 for CAD
drawings to support the City's parks grant application for
improvements to Paul Powers Park.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 28th day of May 2008. /:7 ~
