A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING MEMBER
TO THE KITSAP COUNTY PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT BOARD
WHEREAS, RCW 36.100 establishes a Public Facilities District Board; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor can appoint one member to the Public Facilities District
Board and confirmed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Dolores Coppola to the Kitsap County Public
Facilities District Board effective July 1, 2008; now therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the appointment of the following member to the Kitsap
County Public Facilities District Board, effective July 1, 2008;
