A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN ACCESS AND USE AGREEMENT WITH GLENNYS R.
GEHRING
WHEREAS, a City-owned and maintained storm drainage conveyance system is located
within a City-owned tax parcel located adjacent to and south of the Subject Parcel; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Agreement it to set forth the terms of temporary access
and use of the Subject Parcel as needed for making outfall repairs to the City-owned and
maintained storm drainage system associated with the Bethel Sinkhole Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to provide a trash rack at the inlet of the 36-inch diameter
storm drainage conveyance pipe located near the south line of the Subject Parcel and also
agrees to back-blade and provide straw mulch to all areas disturbed (the Work);
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: the Port Orchard City Council hereby authorizes
the Mayor to execute an access and use agreement with
Glennys R. Gehring as needed for work associated with the
Bethel Sinkhole Repair Project, in a form substantially as
attached hereto.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 12th day of August 2008.
