A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMiNG THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING
MEMBER TO THE PORT ORCHARD LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.26 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a
board of trustees; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.26.020 the members of
the board of trustees are to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council; now,
therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the reappointment of the following member to the Port
Orchard Library Board of Trustees effective January 1, 2009:
NAME TERM ENDING
Diane Seitz 12-31-2013 (re-appointed)
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th day of December 2008.
