A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING
MEMBERS TO THE PORT ORCHARD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.20 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a
planning commission; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.20.010 the members of
the planning commission are to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council;
now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the reappointment of Gil Michael and list the current
Commissioners to the Port Orchard Planning Commission,
effective January 1, 2009:
