A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON CONFIRMING
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING MEMBER TO THE PORT ORCHARD
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.78 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a Design
Review Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.78.030 the members of the
Design Review Board are to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council; now,
therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
appointment of Bryan McKinnon to the Port Orchard Design Review Board for a
term ending on December 31, 2012.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 22nd day of December.2009 .
