RESOLUTION NO. 002-09
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE WINDOW REPLACEMENT
CONTRACT WITH PORT ORCHARD GLASS LLC
FOR 213 PROSPECT STREET.
WHEREAS, the Port Orchard Finance Committee directed Staff to
proceed with the replacement of twelve (12) windows for 213 Prospect Street (Unit #101)
at the December 3, 2008, Finance Committee meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard received three (3) proposals from
businesses found on the Small Works Roster, with Port Orchard Glass, LLC being the
lowest responsible bidder; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute the window
replacement contract with Port Orchard Glass, LLC for the replacement of
twelve (12) windows for 213 Prospect Street (Unit #101) in an amount not
to exceed $4,300.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day of January
2009.
