RESOLUTION NO. 012-09
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE ASSIGNMENT OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN ONE FOR ALL, INC.
AND KITSAP OUTDOOR, INC. FOR
LANDSCAPING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the owner of One for All, Inc provided notice to the City that the
business was being sold to John Austin of Kitsap Outdoor, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney drafted an Assignment of Contract for the two
parties to sign thereby allowing Kitsap Outdoor, Inc to complete the original contract
vvith the City for landscaping services; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: the Mayor is authorized to sign the Assignment of
Contract between One for All, Inc. and Kitsap Outdoor, Inc.
for landscaping services for the Etta Turner Memorial Park,
the flower beds behind the Library, the small waterfront
park, the Roundabout Park and 213-215 Prospect Street,
through April 9, 2009.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
