A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, RATIFYING THE MAYOR'S
SIGNATURE ON THE 2008 ANNUAL REPORT AND
DELEGATING THE AUTHORIZED REPRSENTATIVE
TO THE ASSISTANT CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has a National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (NPDES) Permit for storm water which requires the completion of
an annual report; and
WHEREAS, in order to promote an efficient and effective process for
completing and submitting reports relating to the NPDES Permit, the City Council has
chosen to delegate to the Assistant City Engineer the authority to sign the reports and at
Council's discretion bring a copy of the signed report forward at the next regularly
scheduled City Council meeting; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council ratifies the Mayor's signature on the 2008
Annual Report to the Department of Ecology for the National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System Permit and delegating the authorized
representative to the Assistant City Engineer.
PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th da ril 2009.
