A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 WITH PERTEET
FOR THE TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT UPDATE

WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard authorized the Mayor to sign a contract
with Perteet on April 9, 2008, in the amount not to exceed $50,000 for professional
engineering services related to the City of Port Orchard Transportation Plan Element
Update; and
WHEREAS, on October 28, 2008, the initial contract completion date was
extended to June 30, 2009, pursuant to Change Order No. 1; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute Change
Order No. 2 (Exhibit A) for the Transportation Plan Element Update,
thereby providing a no cost change to update the Consultant Project
Manager and to redistribute the project budget balance to accomplish
additional work requested by the City according to a modified schedule
and to extend the completion date to September 30, 2009.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of April 2009.
