A RESOLUTION OF THE CI1Y OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH N.L. OLSON &
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR MELCHER STREET WATER PUMP STATION
SURVEY
WHEREAS, on April 17, 2009 the City of Port Orchard Utilities Committee
directed Staff to obtain professional survey services cost proposals for boundary and
easement resolution associated with the Melcher Street Water Pump Station; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard received two (2) proposals from local
surveyors listed on the 2009 Professional Service Roster, with N.L. Olson & Associates,
Inc. being the lowest qualified bidder with a bid of $6,600; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute the contract
with N.L. Olson & Associates, Inc. for the Melcher Street Water Pump
Station survey, in an amount not to exceed $6,600, with funds from
the Water Sewer Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th day of June 2009.
