A RESOLUTION OF THE CI1Y OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE LOCAL AGENCY
AGREEMENT SUPPLEMENT FOR TREMONT
STREET WIDENING
WHEREAS, on February 28, 2005, the Washington State Department of
Transportation authorized the City to proceed with the Tremont Street Widening
Project; and
WHEREAS, to complete the the right-of-way acquisition for the Tremont Street
Widening Project, the funding will need to be obligated by way of the Local Agency
Agreement Supplement; now, therefore;
THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council authorizes the Mayor to sign the
Local Agency Agreement Supplement for the Tremont Street
Widening Project.
PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Pmt Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this nth day of August 2009.
