RESOLUTION NO. 124-09
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
RATIFYING MAYOR'S SIGNATURE TO ENTER INTO LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH KELLEY IMAGING SYSTEMS FOR MUNICIPAL
COURT COPIER AND FAX
WHEREAS, The current lease agreement with Kelley Imaging Systems for a copier and
fax machine at the Municipal Court will expire in December 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court has leased a copier and fax machine from Kelley
Imaging Systems since December 2000; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined that Kelley Imaging Services would provide the most
cost-effective copier including scanning capabilities, and cost-effective fax machine for the
Municipal Court.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The Mayor's signature is ratified to enter into Lease Agreement No .
C003-09, with Kelley Imaging Systems for a Toshiba e-Studio 355 Digital MFP
Copier with accessories and Toshiba e-Studio 170F Fax Machine for 36 months
at $235 per month plus tax for the Municipal Court.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 22nd day of Decem 2009.
