A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
RATIFYING MAYOR'S SIGNATURE TO ENTER INTO LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH KELLEY IMAGING SYSTEMS FOR PUBLIC
WORKS SHOP COPIER
WHEREAS, the current lease agreement with Kelley Imaging Systems for a copier at
the Public Works Shop will expire in December 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Shop has leased a copier from Kelley Imaging Systems
since December 2006; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined that Kelley Imaging Systems would provide the most
cost-effective copier for the Public Works Shop.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The Mayor's signature is ratified to enter into Lease Agreement No .
C004-10, with Kelley Imaging Systems for a Toshiba e-Studio 205L copier with
accessories for 36 months at $115 per month plus tax for the Public Works
Shop.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 22nd day of Dece r 2009
