A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT NO. Coo6-1o,
WITH ASSOCIATION OF WASHINGTON CITIES FOR 2010
RETROSPECTIVE RATING PROGRAM RE-ENROLLMENT
WHEREAS, the City is required to carry and provide workers' compensation
insurance for its employees; and
WHEREAS, Washington State WAC's requires that the City must re-enroll in its
Retrospective Program each year; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to re-enroll with Association of Washington Cities
(AWC) for the period of January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010; now, therefore;
THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CTIY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council hereby approves the Contract attached hereto
as Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein.
THAT: The Mayor is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City
Contract No . Coo6-1o, with Association of Washington Cities (AWC) for
Re-enrollment in its 2010 Workers' Compensation Retrospective Rating
Program.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 22nd day of December 2009.
