A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, RATIFYING THE MAYOR'S SIGNATURE FOR
THE LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT SUPPLEMENT AND
PROJECT PROSPECTUS FOR THE BAY STREET SEAWALL
PROJECT
WHEREAS, in February 2002 the City entered into a Local Agency Agreement
with the Washington State Department of Transportation for the Bay Street Seawall
Project;
WHEREAS, with the changes to the project description a revised Local Agency
Federal Aid Project Prospectus is required;
WHEREAS, to obligate the funding for the remainder of the design and
construction a Local Agency Agreement Supplement is needed; now, therefore ;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council ratifies the Mayor's signature for the Local
Agency Agreement Supplement and the Local Agency Federal Aid Project
Prospectus for the Bay Street Seawall Project.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 22nd day of December 2009.
