A RESOLUfiON OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE
DISPOSITION THEREOF ONE PUBLIC WORKS VEHICLE
WHEREAS, ce1tain perso n al property owned by the City of Pmt Orchard has
b ecome s urplus to the n eeds of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City d esires to dispose of said property in the best interest of
the City; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
··· HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
THAT: The property described below is declared as surplus to the needs of the
City . Staff is instructed to dispose of the item that reflects the best interest of the
City.
