RESOLUTION NO. 039-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION THEREOF
WHEREAS, ce1tain personal property owned by the City of Port Orchard has
become surplu s to the n eeds of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to dispose of said property in a manner that refl ects
the best interest of the City; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The property described below is declared as surplus to the needs of the
City. Staff is instructed to dispose of the item in a manner that refl ect s the best interest
of the City .
