A RESOLUTION OF THE CI1Y OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 046-o6; ELIMINATING THE
TEMPORARY PART-TIME ASSOCIATE PlANNER POSffiON; AND
AUTIIORIZING THE BUILDING/PLANNING DEPARTMENT A FULL-
TIME ASSOCIATE PLANNER-JOB SHARE POSITON
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the city to periodically review the duties and responsibilities
of all employment positions, and
WHEREAS, The position of the full-time Associate Planner-Job Share has been
reviewed and based upon the proposed job duties and level of responsibility and cost
efficiencies with in the Planning Department it is determined that it is appropriate to establish
a Full-time Associate Planner-Job Share position effective January 1, 2013; now, therefore,
THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: Resolution No. 046-06, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
THAT: the Temporary Part-time Associate Planner position is eliminated
at the close of business of December 31, 2012.
THAT: the Planning Department's Associate Planner-Job Share position
will be established on January 1, 2013.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this uth day of December 2012.
