A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION THEREOF A SEIZED VEHICLE
WHEREAS, certain personal property ovvned by the City of Port Orchard has
become surplus to the needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to dispose of said property in the best interest of
the City; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
THAT: The property described belmv is declared as surplus to the needs of the
City. Staff is instructed to dispose of the item that reflects the best interest of the City.
