RESOLUTION NO. 006-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DECLARING CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY
AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION THEREOF
A DERELICT VESSEL
WHEREAS, certain personal property owned by the City of Port Orchard has
become surplus to the needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to dispose of said property in the best interest of
the City; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
THAT: The property described below is declared as surplus to the needs of the
City. Staff is instructed to dispose of the item that reflects the best interest of the City.

PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of
February 2012.
