A RESOLUTION OF THE CTIY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON CONFIRMING THE MAYORAL APPOINTMENT
OF THE FOLLOWING MEMBER TO THE KITSAP COUN1Y
PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICf BOARD.
WHEREAS, RCW 36.100 establishes a Public Facilities District Board; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor can appoint one member to the Public Facilities District
Board and confirmed by the City Council; and ·
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Jeffrey Braden to the Kitsap County Public
Facilities District Board effective July 1, 2012; now therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY ~OLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the mayoral appointment of Jeffrey Braden to the Kitsap
County Public Facilities District Board, for a term effective July 1,
2012 and ending June 30, 2016.
PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage on the 12th day of June 2012.
