A RESOLUTION OF THE CTIY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINfMENT TO THE PORT
ORCHARD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.20 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.20.010 the members of
the Planning Commission are to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the term Ron Rice held became vacant and the vacancy needs to be
filled; and
WHEREAS, Tadina Crouch's qualifications . were reviewed for the position and
she was determined qualified and willing to serve as an appointed member of the
Planning Commission; now, therefore,
THE CTIY COUNCIL OF THE CTIY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the appointment of Tadina Crouch to fill an unexpired term
ending December 31, 2016, to the Planning Commission
PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day of
March2013.
