A RESOLUfiON OF 'IHE CI1Y OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS TO 'IHE PlANNING
COMMISSION, BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS, AND 'IHE ANIMAL
CONTROL APPEAL BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Mayor is authorized to appoint volunteers to fill vacant terms on the
various boards, committees, and commissions, upon confirmation of the City Council; and
WHERAS, the following boards, committees, and commissions have expiring terms as
of December 31, 2014: the Planning Commission, Building Board of Appeals, and the Animal
Control Appeal Board; now therefore,
THE CI1Y COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
'IHAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
re-appointment of Gil Michael for a four-year term ending December 31, 2018
to the Planning Commission; and
'IHAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
re-appointment of Lorraine Olson for a three-year term ending December 31,
2017; and Dr. Nancy Isbell for a three-year term ending December 31, 2017, to
the Animal Control Appeal Board; and
'IHAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby confirm the
re-appointment of Shannon Childs for a three-year term ending December 31,
2017, to the Design Review Board.
PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th day of December 2014 .
