RESOLUTION NO. 006-14
A RESOLUfiON OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, AUfHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
ADMINISTRATIVELY ADOPT THE 2014 CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES.
WHEREAS, to meet the compliance with the Water System Plan,
Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan, Transportation Element of the Comprehensive
Plan, and Stormwater Regulations; and
WHEREAS, staff has recommended replacing the existing 2004 Developer's
Handbook with the 2014 City of Port Orchard Development Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, staff requests the 2014 City of Port Orchard Development
Guidelines be administratively adopted, allowing the Public Works Director to make
changes to the manual; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council authorizes the Mayor to
administratively adopt the 2014 City of Port Orchard
Development Guidelines, thus allowing the Public Works
Director to make future changes to the manual. The manual
shall take effect immediately.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of Apri12014.
