A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINTMENT TO THE PlANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Planning Commission has occurred with the
resignation of Tadina Crouch; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor is authorized to appoint volunteers to fill vacant terms
on the various boards, committees , and commissions, upon confirmation of the City
Council; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the appointment of Nick Whittleton to the Planning
Commission to fill an unexpired term ending December 31, 2016.
PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day of
May2014.
