CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION

WHEREAS, certain personal property owned by the City of Port Orchard
has become surplus to the needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to dispose of said property in the best
interest of the City; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
THAT: The property described below is declared as surplus to the needs of
the City. Staff is instructed to dispose of the items in a manner that reflects the best
interest of the City.
