045-21 - Resolution - Declaring Certain Equipment as SurplusRESOLUTION NO. O45.2L A RESOLUTTON OF THE CtTy OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHTNGTON, DECLARTNG CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS DISPOSITION. WHEREAS, certain personal property owned by various Funds of the City of Port Orchard has become surplus to the needs of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the current asset value of the lT equipment items to be 50.00; and WHEREAS, the City Council has, pursuant to the requirements of POMC L.30.020, considered the possible future requirements of the City, the present value of the personal property and utility equipment, the likelihood of locating a buyer, possible intergovernmental cooperation, and the general welfare of the citizens of Port Orchard in determining whether it is in the best interests of the City to dispose of such personal property and utility equipment; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to dispose of said lT equipment in the best interests of the City, now, therefore; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: THAT: The property described below is declared as a surplus to the needs of the City.
