Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Ordinance. No. 002-06 will be provided at a nominal charge. WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard retired the 1984 Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds that funded the Utility Local Improvement District {ULID} #1; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1848 authorized the transfer of ULID #1 assessments that accumulated since the retirement of the 1984 Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds to the Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Fund to mitigate the construction costs; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 021-05 ordered specific appropriations for transfer of all monies from the Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1984 Fund to the Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Fund; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The Bond Fund known as "Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1984 Fund" is hereby abolished as of January 31, 2006.
