AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AMENDING
SECTION 2.36.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE
AMOUNT FOR THE FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BONDS FOR THE
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SFC TTON 1 . Section 2.36.010 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The amounts for the faithful performance bonds for the officers and
employees of the City of Port Orchard are fixed as follows:

The premiums for such bonds shall be paid by the City.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 24th day of January 2005.
