1925 - Ordinance - Amending the Budget for 20031878; and ORDINANCE NO.1925 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2003, ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER. WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard adopted its 2003 Budget in Ordinance No. WHEREAS, the City desires to keep current on budget amendments; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to make adjustments to accounts and/or funds by means of appropriation adjustments that could not have been anticipated at the time of passage of the 2003 Budget; now, therefore, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the following appropriations of revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, from other financing sources and unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $9,080.00 to the Community Events Fund. (b) An amount of $2,846,637.00 to the 1999 Limited Tax General Obligation Bond Fund. (c) An amount of $244,499.00 to the 2003 Limited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bond Fund. (d) An amount of $45,479 to the Cumulative Reserve for Municipal Facilities Fund. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after posting and publication as required by law. A summary of this ordinance may be published in lieu of the entire ordinance, as authorized by State law.
