AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 2003 BUDGET, ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF
FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER BETWEEN
THE 1984 WATER -SEWER REVENUE BOND FUND AND THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY EXPANSION FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the 2003 Budget is amended to include the following budget
appropriations and transfer:
An amount of $300,000.00 from the 1984 Water -Sewer Revenue Bond Fund to
the Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this day of 24"' day of November 2003.
