This is an addendum to the Service Level Agreement dated October 26,2020. To reflect the recent
request for additional or adjusted services, Quest will provide the services (as defined below) to the City
of Port Orchard (Client).
1. Service Term: Coterminous with the Senrice Level Agreement
2, Addendum Service Summary
2.1. Quest will provide the following additional or adjusted services to Client. The scope of service
relating to the additional or adjusted items are as follows:
2.1,1, Backup as a Service - Protected Storage Target
2.1.1.1. Quest will provide a single off-site protected storage target to Client with
capacity up to 6 TB.
2.1.1.2. The object lock period is 30 ttays ptus l0 days. This offering does not apply
to the Office 365 Cloud Backup servicc.
2.1,1.3. Upon expiration of the object lock period, data may be altered/deleted.
2.1.1.4, Client must have, buy or rent, a Veeam license compatible with immutable
storage.
2.1.1.5. The Veeam repository must be setup as a Scale Out Repository to support
immutable storage.
2.1.1.6. Quest will utilize the Veeam Cloud Connect secondary copies to create the
immutable storage copy of the backups. This will be a one-to-one replica of
the Veeam Cloud Connect Secondary copies.
2.1.1.7. Client understands that engagement of Quest for restoring the environment
from cloud backup files is a best-effort sewice and acknowledges that Quest
is not responsible for any performance degradation, multiplc data copies, los
of data, bandwidth limitations or errors on the restored environment as the
success of the restoration or the data at rest depends on the reliability of the
backup.

3. The following table identifies the additional/adjusted list of components.
4. Investment for Services
4.L. The following table identifies Client's investment for the service package. Partial billing of the
selected service package may apply.
4.2, All fees are in US Dollars.
4.3. These additional or adusted services, included in this Addendum I and unless otherwise stated
herein to the contrary, will adhere to the terms listed in the Service lrvel Agreement dated
October 26,2020-
4.4. The annual fee is in addition to the current annual billing.
4.5, Client shall be liable for and shall pay any federal, state, or local tax, feo, charge, or surcharge
payable for services that are subject to such imposition.
